I wanted to write a review about how lovely this company is. Aside from the good service, prompt delivery and the vitamin product for my furbaby, my dog sadly passed away recently and I had to go through the gruelling process of cancelling my various subscriptions for him - Yumove being one of them. Yumove kindly refunded my last subscription order, but moreso, they sent a beautifully hand written note (I think a fountain pen was used) of sympathy and forget me not seeds, which I will be planting this year. It was so heartfelt and it genuinely surprised me in a lovely way, I was moved to tears - you just don’t get this kind of customer care at many places anymore. It made the whole process a little less difficult so I wanted to say thank you to the Yumove team for showing this extra kindness. The people at Yumove show genuine care into their doggy and human customers and I just wanted to say thank you.

I had a question to ask and I phoned Yumove I was very impressed how quick my call was answered also how friendly they were. I had recently joined to get some tablets for my dog and was kept informed about when they were dispatched as to the delivery really good service would recommend.

They are quite big, more like a human gummy vitamin. In the picture on the website they are bone shaped, they're not.
They smell fruity, my dog refused, so I cut it into 4 pieces. She tasted it, then spat it out.
I was expecting them to be more appealing to dogs, like a meaty smell, and resembling a dog treat. I will try cutting up small, and adding to her food, but can see this being a daily battle.

I ordered some joint supplements for my dog Bella through Yumove. Unfortunately Bella then passed away a few days after me placing the order. I called to try and cancel the order and subscription and spoke on the phone to a lovely lady who cancelled my order no problems at all and refunded my order. The order had already been posted so I donated them to a rescue centre and today I received a lovely note through the door with some forget me-not seeds to plant in memory of my little girl. It’s the little gestures that go along way. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Been a year since I started joint supplements for my 2 thirteen year old cats. Both are moving like kittens now. Stiffness no longer a problem. Each month I am notified of delivery… always on time… money taken straight from my account. I can recommend this product and the company wholeheartedly…..

Our dog had been shut in a room for 8 years by his previous owners. When we took him in he was very stiff in his joints due to lack of exercise. We put him on Yumove immediately and he soon was playing like a puppy. He's 13 now, we've had him for 4 years and people remark on how young he looks. He still loves to play and is very fast, he doesn't know he's 13, he thinks he's 4!

We have always recommended the YuMove tablets to friends with dogs because of the improvement we'd seen in our own dog, but their customer service has been excellent. The no fuss subscription service that we could pause, delay etc was brilliant, but more importantly, and unexpected, was the compassion and care they showed when we lost our dog. When we cancelled our subscription, which was easy to do online, we put that our pet had deceased as the reason. Because of that we were offered a refund of our last order as a gesture to help at what is a difficult time and we received a personalised note in the post offering condolences with some forget-me-not seeds to plant in our dogs memory.

My dog has a very sensitive stomach and would go through episodes where he would vomit or have loose stools. My neighbour recommend the digestive tablets and gave me a strip to try and I’m so glad she did. Since he’s been on them, he has not had a single episode of vomiting or trouble with his bowels. I would 100% recommend these tablets to anyone whose dog has issues with their stomach.

I have tried to contact YuMOVE on several occasions by email to tell them they have made a mistake and keep sending two lots of tablets when I only have one dog.

They are obviously igmnoring me.

I am going to wait until I have 12 months stock and then cancel the subscription.

YouMove has really helped my 9 year old Lab enjoy her walks again. It feels better to give her something natural than painkillers each day. She can even keep up with the new puppy!

I'm satisfied with the product. Though I was disappointed that nobody there thought to offer me 2 150ct. containers for the price of the 300ct. that couldn't be shipped due to damage. I'd have "bit the bullet" if I was the manager and eaten the minimal difference in cost.

Great customer service. Showed great empathy upon the loss of our dog, sent a sweet card with forget me not seeds and arranged refund of unopened product. Made a refreshing change to get such great customer service. Thank you

My rating is based on the fact that my month's supply of supplements for my cat keeps running out before I get the next month's supply. Only once has the supplement arrived before the previous one ran out. This has to be sorted out because having a gap between supplements isn't good. The recommended dose is 1-3 capsules daily. I give my cat 2 a day. If I gave 3 a day the supply would run out quicker. I pay monthly for a regular supply for my cat.

Easy to use website prompt delivery. Our labradoodle is only 2 and has hip dysplasia, so we are in early stage of helping him with any discomfort. My daughter used Yu move for her elderly staffie and was highly satisfied. You move was also recommended by our Vet.

Helped my12 year old cocker spaniel. She was stiff getting out of bed in the mornings, not now. Been taking yumove about 2 years. I subscribe and it gets delivered as regular as clockwork. Good company, lots of offers.
